We will guide you through the process. It takes about 5 minutes and all data stays in your browser until final confirmation.

What to expect

During registration you will need to:

  • Authorize through Telegram bot
  • Enter your phone number and verification code
  • Provide program details (name, currency)
  • Configure Telegram bot API

All data is saved automatically, so you can safely close the page and return later.

Why Telegram?

Our loyalty program is built on interaction with users through messengers. Therefore, we need at least one way for the program to communicate with guests.

Phone Number Verification

Why do we need your phone number?

We need to verify your identity by sending a verification code to your phone number. This ensures that you are the owner of the Telegram account you used in the previous step.

The verification code will be sent via Telegram message to the bot you just interacted with.

What is this verification code?

The verification code confirms that you are the owner of the phone number you entered. This ensures the security of your registration process.

If you did not receive the code, check your Telegram messages or return to the previous step to enter your phone number again.

Program Information

What should I name my program?

Choose a name that represents your business or brand. This could be:

  • Your restaurant name (if you have one restaurant)
  • Your network name (if you have multiple locations)
  • A creative name that reflects your brand

You can always change this name later in your admin panel.

Select Program Currency

Why is currency important?

The currency you choose determines:

  • Which country you can operate your loyalty program in
  • How points and rewards are calculated
  • Payment processing and financial reporting

Make sure to select the official currency of the country where your restaurant is located.

Connect Telegram Bot

How to create a Telegram bot?

  1. Open Telegram and search for @BotFather
  2. Send the command /newbot
  3. Choose a name for your bot (visible to users)
  4. Choose a username for your bot (must end with "bot")
  5. Copy the API key that BotFather gives you

Other communication methods and messengers can be configured later in your admin panel.

What happens next?

After submitting your registration:

  • Your program will be created with "blocked" status
  • Administrators will receive a notification in Telegram
  • You will receive a notification in your messenger when the status changes

Administrators will review and activate your program after checking the information.
